GoodBoy (GL1&2)

Description: A good puppy script !
Will give the todays/this weeks/this months top uploader a reward. The reward can 
be any flag or leech in any particular place on your site.
The reward can stick for the reamining duration (whole week or month) or you can 
force it to just last 24 hours.
Comes with info for dZSbot.tcl (as usual).
