WhereAmI (GL1&2)

Description: Ment to be used with irc. Fun little thing that shows where you are in
the weektops/monthtops etc.
Works for groups too.
Also has a "wall of shame" for nuketop.
Example:
11:16 !alup turranius
11:16 turranius is 1st with 5,618 files and 47234MB, followed by ostnisse with 
5,044 files and 36613MB
