VerifyReleases (GL1&2)

Description: Verifies .rar releases by using the unrar -t command and/or scan each 
files crc and verifies it towards the .sfv file, making it an excellent 'rescan' 
for a whole section.
Primary use: Check the entire section for corrupt releases. Plenty configurable.
